2.5hours on the Trainer this evening. Afterwards-this is my thought process.
I'm going mental. The Superbowl Half-time show.
I ask why? I ruin everything that is good? I couldn't take it. No more.
Weekly Workout Breakdown:
Tues 2: UB lifting, core workout
Wed 3: 1 hr trainer ride, pull-up sets, core workout
Thurs 4: 2.5hr-trainer ride, core workout afterwards
Fri 5: Easy 30mins+2.5hr ride outside enjoying the sunshine!
Sat 6: XC Ski up @ Chaplin Forest, Pullups/Core Work
Sun 7: 2.5hr trainer ride, core work//UB lifting
