Weekend OFF
I had some plans for mountain biking, trail running, and going to the Twin Sizzler. I passed on it all and actually relaxed?
Easy ride in the valley...Drive-in movie...Kent Heritage Festival..Cleveland Indians game on the 4th. Doesn't get much better than that :)
The good thing is...rest helps the respiratory.
Training ride planned for tomorrow night.
TOV TT is a maybe-to-yes this upcoming Friday night...
Depending on how I feel I might do the road race on Saturday and criterium on Sunday.
Next weekend is the Vulture's Knob Enduro. I will probably be there on July 16.
The Lakewood Criterium is scheduled for July 30 for a mid-afternoon race.
